ARDANA HYDROGEN
Chapter 00Feedstock · Municipal
Trial-validated

Municipal Solid Waste. Mixed, unsorted, moisture-heavy — and processed exactly as delivered.

The world generates 2+ billion tonnes of municipal solid waste a year and diverts less than a third of it. Ardana takes it mixed and unsorted — magnetic metal removal is the only pre-processing — and deconstructs it into hydrogen and inert vitrified slag. Moisture is treated as a thermodynamic asset, not a liability, so there is no energy-hungry pre-drying step.

Why Plasma Gasification Fits

  • No segregation and no pre-drying — the plant accepts the waste stream as it arrives.
  • Plasma deconstruction destroys dioxin/furan precursors instead of creating them.
  • The only solid output is inert vitrified slag, usable in construction.
  • Captive municipal offtake creates a stable, contracted feedstock supply.
  • Diverts methane-emitting waste from landfill — a compounding carbon benefit.
Chapter 01Who Supplies It

Typical operators & suppliers.

Municipalities & urban local bodies
Waste-management concessionaires
Integrated facility & landfill operators
Smart-city & special-purpose authorities

This stream is put to work most directly by Municipalities & Urban Local Bodies.
